easy pinky!!! i will give u some steps how to make a webbly blog!!!
first is i make my blog when i visit chocs blog and when im in the bottom of the blog i see create a free website with webbly!!!
and i click it then i make my blog!!! u need to register webbly first
then second is banner
first u need to get a hero cut outs visit adrian blog to get cut outs
to make the icons and banners u need to make it in microsoft world or paint.net!!! that all :)
